Cancellation Policy

We understand that travel plans can change. As our tours are planned and booked up to 6 months (180 days) in advance, the following cancellation policy applies:

Refund Structure

(Refund percentage is calculated on 100% of the total tour amount )

  • 180 days or more before the tour departure:
    100% refund of 100% of the total tour payment
  • 120 to 179 days before the tour departure:
    85% refund of 100% of the total tour payment
  • 90 to 119 days before the tour departure:
    70% refund of 100% of the total tour payment
  • 60 to 89 days before the tour departure:
    50% refund of 100% of the total tour payment
  • 30 to 59 days before the tour departure:
    25% refund of 100% of the total tour payment
  • 29 days or less before the tour departure:
    No refund (0% of the total tour payment)

Important Notes

  • All cancellations are subject to a fixed administrative charge of ₹2,500 or USD 35, which will be deducted from the refundable amount.
  • Refunds will be processed within 15–30 working days after receiving a formal cancellation request.
  • No refunds apply for last-minute cancellations, no-shows, or early departures during the tour.
  • In case of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government-imposed travel restrictions, we will assess the situation and may offer rescheduling, tour credit, or alternative solutions, subject to feasibility.
