Reservation & Payment Policy:

1. 100% Advance Payment: Full payment must be made in advance to confirm the booking. No reservation will be held without complete payment.

2. Booking Confirmation: Reservations are subject to availability and will only be confirmed upon receipt of the full payment. Please avoid making non-refundable travel arrangements until you receive a written confirmation from us.

3. Payment Methods: Payments can be made via bank transfer, PayPal, UPI, or cash. Any intermediary bank fees must be borne by the customer.

4. Amendments & Cancellations: Any modifications to an existing booking are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Cancellations are non-refundable once confirmed.

Tour Terms:

1. Route & Itinerary Changes: The tour schedule, route, or mode of transport may be modified due to unforeseen circumstances or safety concerns. The decision of the tour director will be final and binding.

2. Motorcycle Usage: The motorcycles are to be used only as per the itinerary for the agreed duration of a motorcycle tour

3. Insurance & Liability: Riders are responsible for their personal insurance. The company is not liable for any accident, theft or illness, or loss of valuables during the tour period.

4. Rider Responsibility: The rider must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid motorcycle rider’s license. Helmets must be worn at all times while riding.

5. Damages & Repairs: In case of any damage due to the accident , The rider is responsible for the cost of repairs or replacement. Additional service charges may apply if the motorcycle is in the company's custody for repairs.

Liabilities & Legal Compliance:

1. Accidents & Damages: The client is fully responsible for any damage caused to the motorcycle due to negligence or accidents. Any repair costs will be charged based on actual market prices.

2. Third-Party Incidents: In case of an accident involving third parties, the renter is responsible for handling the situation and any damages incurred.

3. Governing Law: Any disputes arising from this contract shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi courts.

4. Photography & Promotion: We reserve the right to take photographs and videos during tours for promotional purposes. By booking with us, participants consent to the use of their images in promotional material.
